Role & responsibilities
We have couple of L2 application support role open in GS BLR location. Could you please check and help wit profiles who can join immediately towards these positions? Below is the JD. The selection process would still have the codility test covering troubleshooting skills on Java/SQL query writing /Unix-Linux commands/Support processes.
L2 positions:
4-10 years of experience in Production / Application Support.
Mandatory Tech Skills Object oriented programming exp (Java, Python) with very good database understanding (SQL), Bash Scripting on Unix/ Linux.
Code Debugging
Should have strong communication both oral and written
Strong individual who can stay on his/her toes through the day, analyze, debug and resolve issues, escalate to L3, raise incident, manage impact, communicate with users/stakeholders
Escalate to management on both support and development side,
Raise problem tickets and work with Development teams to drive down issues and work on transformations.
People need to know technical concepts well and be able to explain clearly.
