Job Description Analyst- Talent Acquisition for Ethics, Audit, and Compliance is responsible for specialized roles in the ethics, audit, and compliance departments. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong relationships with stakeholders, adhere to the organizations values and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies specifically for ethics, audit, and compliance roles. Collaborate with TA Leads to understand the hiring needs and assess the Process Governance. Preferred Candidates who have necessary audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and expertise in ethics and compliance. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to hiring, such as compliance with data protection regulations and fair hiring practices. Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends in ethics, audit, and compliance talent acquisition. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Certifications: Professional audit certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent (optional, but highly valued). Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on ethics, audit, and compliance roles, or relevant industry experience.
