Please find attach Job profile for the role of HR Consultant.   Job description:- We are looking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.   HR Recruiter Responsibilities:- Filling positions within an organization Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization Developing own network of suitable candidates. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Working with organization to develop a recruitment plan. Executing recruitment plans efficiently. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Preparing job offers, will provide by seniors Networking with various institutions and social media. HR Recruiter Requirements: A minimum of 0-2 year experience Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook). Excellent record keeping. Designing and updating job descriptions. Co-ordinate with concern departmental head and HR head for finalizing and confirming of job description. Management of End-to-End recruitment life cycle. Job Posting and Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., professional forums like Naukri, Shine.com, LinkedIn, social media, and Internal Reference.) Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates. Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms, review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements. and conduct 1st level interview. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role. Collect relevant personnel document required. Co-ordinate with Departmental Head and Management to conduct interviews of the candidates. Co-ordinate with HR Head for finalizing candidates i.e., Selection Confirmation, Negotiation & Offer Closure. Maintaining Recruitment data. Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.   From Station:- Near from Mulund station to Vaishali Nagar station to shree Nagar-Ashar Estate. C-Wing, Office no.26. Near from Thane station to shree Nagar -Ashar Estate.
