Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Staffing and Recruitment Team
Responsible for hiring across positions mainly Business.
Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from Manager(s)
and Senior Management for all vacancies
Assisting team in planning search strategies and facilitating sourcing and screening of
appropriate profiles according to the Job Specification.
Plan recruitment initiatives for lateral and niche skills hiring across roles.
Partner closely with the Hiring Managers and HR Manager to get a holistic understanding of the
hiring needs and therefore execute the hiring plans effectively.
Oversee upgrade of all Job Specifications and hiring strategy on a quarterly basis.
Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job Specifications for all
positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
coaching and counseling hiring managers on candidate selection; analyzing exit interviews;
recommending changes in hiring strategy
Developing a common company branding message on social media and train HR executives in
updating sales pitches to attract talent to the organization.
To build, develop and maintain relationship with the candidates, other HR team members and
Hiring Managers for efficient discharge of duties
