Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Sell online courses offered to the incoming leads.
  
• Respond to, Contact and follow up with potential customers via calls and WhatsApp.
  
• Engage and convert leads by offering personalized information about courses.
  
• Maintain timely reporting and updates to the Head of Marketing and Sales.
  
• Uphold ethical sales practices and meet monthly sales targets.
  
• Be available for work flexibly to meet performance expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or B2C telesales.
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Proficient in using WhatsApp and CRM tools.
  
• Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  
• Resides in Hyderabad.
