Talent Management for all respective & critical positions, maintaining quality of hiring end to end for corporate profiles.
Manpower Budgeting & Planning.
Drive and execute succession planning within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps, and re-enforcing follow-up on development plans and actions.
Conduct & Schedule interviews with respective department heads, Salary Negotiation of Shortlisted candidates, Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter.
