1) ISO and M.R
Scheduling of Audit
Make sure audit to be done time for site and Department
Follow ups for N.C.
Arrangement of Management Review meetings
Checking Presentation of all site and departments.
Maintaining details and records of all ISO documents.
Coordination with ISO consultant and making site visit with them
Preparation for final audit
2) Recruitment
WORK RELATED RECRUITMENT
Taking care of recruitment procedure
Understanding staff requirement from all department and site
Coordination with Requirement agencies
Releasing advertise in newspaper
Checking the artwork
Taking sanction from CMD & Directors
Taking quotation
Finalize the adv and forward it to releasing agency
Also checking and co-coordinating with the available sources, taking help from all sources: i.e. recruitment agency, staff etc.
Before releasing the adv co coordinating with the concern department to finalize or schedule the interview time & date.
Arrangements for interview. i.e.: Preparing candidates list, routing them to concern person, and making data for same DATA: all details of the candidate.
Scheduling Interviews
After selection of the candidate, taking care of further process, i.e.: documentation part, salary negotiation, joining date, preparing app. letter and all joining formalities, routing the candidates to concern person.
Giving Induction training to new joiners
Taking care of relieving formalities
Handing over the work
Experience certificate.
Releasing warning letter, termination letter
Preparing increment letter: maintaining data & keeping the record.

6) Insurance:
Employees Insurance accidental and medical Insurance.
Addition and deletion list of employees every month.
7) Vehicle Insurance
All checking dates, appointment with insurance companies, follow up, inspection of vehicle.
8) Performance Appraisal:
Preparation of performance Appraisal
9) Event Management:
Arranging Events
Launching Activities
All Festivals
10) Assets Management
Assets for all sites and H.O.
11) Expenses:
Handling all Expenses
12) Vendor Management:
Dealing with all Vendors regarding Materials.
