Job Description

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers who have not expressed prior interest in the product or service being offered. The purpose is to generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

Lead Qualification: Assess the viability and quality of leads through effective questioning and active listening. Determine if the lead meets the criteria for the product or service and has a genuine interest or need.

Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service to potential customers. Effectively communicate the unique selling points and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.

Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive sales pitch tailored to the needs and preferences of the prospect. Highlight the advantages of the product or service and emphasize how it can address the customer's pain points or challenges.

Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build a positive relationship with potential customers. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the sales process, actively listen to customer feedback, and address their queries or objections appropriately.

Closing Deals: Use effective sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and ultimately close sales. Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve or exceed sales targets.

CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software or tools to track leads, record customer interactions, update contact information, and manage the sales pipeline. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for effective sales tracking and reporting.

Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads, address any remaining concerns, and facilitate the conversion of prospects into customers.
