Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying prospective retail franchise partners and business partners that can sell all Delhivery
products including domestic courier, international courier and freight
- Onboarding, training and management of franchises and business partners in the assigned AOR
- Work with all partners to increase the overall wallet share of Delhivery in all existing accounts
- Work with all partners to bring a new client base from retail segment and SME to the Delhivery.
- Coordinate with core operations teams on the ground when necessary to ensure service levels
promised to the partners are met consistently.
- Work with the customer service teams and billing teams to resolve any issues/concerns that partners might have
Qualifications: At least 2 years ground sales experience in any field. Any type of franchise management experience is a bonus.
