- Job Description: Patient Counselor Location: Eye Mantra Hospital Experience: 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. Address patient inquiries and provide information about various eye care services and treatments. Counseling Services: Guide patients about pre-treatment and post-treatment care. Counsel patients regarding surgery options like LASIK, cataract, retina, etc. Explain treatment plans, procedures, and benefits to patients and their families. Appointment Management: Schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries. Ensure timely coordination between patients and doctors. Patient Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to check on the patients recovery. Address concerns or queries after treatment. Documentation: Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all documents. Coordination with Doctors: Act as a liaison between patients and the medical team for smooth communication. Assist doctors during patient consultations, if required. Promoting Eye Care Services: Provide patients with information on ongoing offers, health packages, and wellness programs. Encourage patients to adopt preventive measures for eye health.
