We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our IT sales team. This role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals for IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients for IT services, software solutions, and digital products. Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Follow-Ups & Negotiations: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams for seamless service delivery. Requirements Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in sales/marketing (IT industry preferred). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & local language. Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch IT products and services effectively. Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling client objections and closing deals. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Willingness to work in a high-performance sales environment. Willing to Travel: This is a field sales role, requiring frequent travel to meet clients.
