Partnered with leading banking and non-banking financiers, the team is spearheaded by FinTech-experienced IIT Kanpur alumni dedicated to providing sustainable financial solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Improve customer experience for borrowers and platform partners - Ensure seamless integration with data/service providers and lending partners - Write tests to prevent regressions when not engaged in the above tasks **Qualifications Required:** **Must-have skills:** - Good experience in Ruby On Rails - Proficiency in Modular Javascript programming - Self-starter with the ability to work independently - Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset - Understanding the value of the 80-20 principle **Good-to-have skills:** - DevOps experience in managing web applications on AWS - Previous experience in the Fintech or Banking industry in a technical role - Test case writing proficiency Joining as a Software/ Sr. Software Developer (Ruby On Rails), you will play a crucial role in the product development team. The position of Software Developer requires 1 to 4 years of experience, while Sr. Software Developer necessitates 4 to 8 years of experience.
