- Hiring for Quality chemist for OM Jewelers Location, Borivali west The role of quality control (QC) in jewelry manufacturing is to ensure that each piece of jewelry meets the company's standards for quality. QC inspectors and managers have a number of responsibilities, including Salary, 30-60k Only Female candidate with min 2+ year of experience from jewelry industries can apply Must know all the quality related parameters/operation works Overseeing the QC process inspectors supervise the QC process for all finished jewelry, including the materials, craftsmanship, and durability. Ensuring compliance inspectors ensure that all jewelry meets the company's standards for design accuracy, strength, safety, comfort, and visual appeal. Making product rejection decisions inspectors are ultimately responsible for deciding whether to reject a product, and may consult with production and procurement heads as needed. Reading blueprints and specifications inspectors read blueprints and specifications to understand what the product should look like and how it should be made. Monitoring operations inspectors monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommending adjustments inspectors recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process if needed. Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials inspectors inspect, test, or measure materials to ensure they meet the required standards. Measuring productsQC inspectors use calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure products.
