Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration 

Good to Have Skills : 

IBM Content Manager 

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.

Manage the incidents, infrastructure changes Required for easy transition 

Technical Experience :

Provides expert-level administration and problem resolution for all components of Tuxedo Messaging objects Good understanding on OTMQ , Queues , channels and Tuxedo /Q Qspace Provide infrastructure consulting and support to application development teams.

Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to Tuxedo Messaging

infrastructure Own/Prepare Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issues Perform Performance Monitoring and Identify performance.
