JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates who would like to build a career in IT HR .
Freshers seeking an opportunity to upgrade their skills by working on recruitment for the leading companies.
Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social. media, in house database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients. and following up with the clients for updates.
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organizations.
Handling existing clients and their current job openings.
Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.
