We are in Search of Dynamic Product Management / Marketing Professional to Develop the Marketing Plan & Strategy for Critical care and Ortho and Gynec  Division of Pharma Manufacturing Co.  , as detailed below :

Position : Sr. Product Manager / Product Manager . 

Purpose : To Develop Marketing Strategy to achieve the desired result for the Division.

Location : Mumbai

Competency required:

1. Any graduate with MBA/ Diploma in Marketing Management.

2. At least 2-9 years of  Pharma Product Marketing  / Product Management experience

3. Demonstrated experience in launching and building new brands.

4. Experience in shaping and implementing innovative brand solutions.

5. Exposure to Critical Care or Ortho & Gynec  Products is mandatory.

Key Result Area / Responsibilities :

1. Defining purpose for selecting the brand for campaign.

2. Develop the marketing plan to execute the campaign.

3. Maintain the expense to sale ratio to meet profitability.

4. Regular Training / Cycle meets for KAMs for effective execution of particular campaign.

Develop and Implement marketing plan to achieve sales target and improve profitability of the organization.
