Job Description

We are hiring for leading for Health Insurance Company .
Location : Mandi ( Himachal Pradesh )
CTC : Upto 3Lakhs + incentive + reimbursement
Key responsibilities
Purpose of Role:-
- ASM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the advisor team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review advisor performance and their productivity and set new targets.
- Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.
- Coordination with CPC office for all local support
- Implementing in TAB users in the location.
- ASMwill be over all in charge of handling after sales servicing(grievance, claim request, underwriting issues )
- Ensure the "best practices" are adopted by all the channel partners.
