Roles & Responsibilities:
o Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
o Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.
Candidate Profile-
o Must have 1+year exp in Technical Support International Voice Process
o Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
o CTC - upto 7 LPA + Unlimited Incentives
o 5 Days working
o 24*7 Shift
o Hands on exp in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Server
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
o Location - Gurgaon /Bangalore
