:
1. Location: Airoli
2. Handling calls & Chats (Customer Service)
3. Need to handle queries related to US Customers.
4. Designation: CSA
5. Excellent communication skills needed
6. HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
7. Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
9. Salary upto : 30k in hand
10. Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
11. Transport boundaries:
Kalyan to Thane
Thane to Panvel
Panvel to Kurla
Thane to Dadar west
12. Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Versant(VNA), Typing-25/85.
