Job Title: Accounting Faculty Class 12 + CA Foundation Location: Nearest PW Studio Employment Type: Fulltime Role Overvie wWe are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accounting Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for Class 12 Accounting and the CA Foundation exams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles and concepts, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals .Key Responsibilitie sDeliver well-structured and engaging lessons based on the CA Foundation syllabus and Class 12 Accounting curriculum .Create and distribute high-quality study materials and resources to enhance student understanding .Conduct regular mock tests, assessments, and provide actionable feedback to help students excel in exams .Address and clarify student doubts in a timely and effective manner .Monitor student progress and provide personalized mentorship to boost confidence and performance .Stay updated on changes in the CA Foundation syllabus and incorporate them into teaching plans .Qualification sChartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory .Prior teaching experience in Accounting for Class 12 or CA Foundation is preferred .Skills and Competencie sIn-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and exam-focused strategies .Strong communication and presentation skills .Ability to mentor and inspire students toward academic excellence .Proficiency in creating structured and concise study materials .Organizational skills to manage classes, schedules, and assessments effectively .,
