Reports to : Head TA
- TA Manager Role 12 plus yrs
- R&D Hiring
- Team Leader on paper also will do as far as the Candidate has strong Communication skills Talent Acquisition experience overall strategy building
- Forecasting
- Multiple Stakeholder management
- Team management
- Assessing the Candidate on phone by raising few Questions
- How he/she will manage the R&D hiring for a Pharma Based Company
- How does he analyze the HRMS tools does he has hands on with People soft HRMIS
- Company uses Workday so has he used if not still OK if he has the other ATS application knowledge
- Overall he has to have good exposure to R&D hiring
- Only we need to consider from Multinational Company or bigger Organization from similar industry for this role.

- Candidates needs to have experience in managing large scale hiring.
