Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Build responsive, intuitive, and performant web applications using React and Redux (or any other state management library). Backend Development: Develop server-side logic, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Express.js, and other backend technologies. Full Stack Integration: Design and implement seamless integration between the frontend and backend to ensure smooth data flow and user experience. Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on time. Testing & Debugging: Implement unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or similar, and perform code reviews to ensure quality and reliability. Performance Optimization: Optimize the applications performance, especially for high-traffic environments. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development, and help identify areas for improvement in the development process. Requirements Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in building web applications using React and Node.js. Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, JSX, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Backend Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs. Database Experience: Familiarity with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaborative development. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues. Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team. Bonus Skills:Experience with GraphQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
