Risk Analyst Job In Kaapro Management

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• The candidate needs to have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management within an NBFC or a bank.
• The Risk Analyst will work closely with the credit and loan underwriting teams to ensure that the companys loan portfolio is robust, compliant, and aligned
• with risk tolerance thresholds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Risk Assessment Evaluate borrower creditworthiness & ensure risk-aligned loan disbursements.
• Portfolio Risk Monitoring Track defaults, delinquencies & emerging risks, taking corrective measures.
• Risk Mitigation Strategies Develop policies on loan terms, interest rates & collateral requirements.
• Loan Recovery Management Work with collections teams to minimize NPA risks & enhance recoveries.
• Risk Reporting & Communication Prepare risk reports & communicate insights to management.
• Collaboration with Credit Teams Align risk strategies with lending goals & improve approval processes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage analytics to optimize lending policies & identify risk trends.

Qualifications & Skills:-

Education: Bachelor's/Mastersin Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA/CFA/FRM preferred).
Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with LOS, LMS, credit risk models & data analytics tools.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBI guidelines & lending regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
