Job Description
- Responsible for underwriting and Customer Engagement WRT quotations through a detailed understanding of their insurance requirements, preparation of Request forQuotations, submitting to multiple insurers to obtain competitive quotes and subsequent negotiation with insurers.- Ensure Submission of Quotes to customers and follow up with them through meetings, phone and email for query resolution and closure.
- Responsible for end-to-end Insurance Company Co-ordination by building strong relationships with key stakeholders within insurance companies and ensuring timely quotation issuance and query resolution
- Ensuring that Policy Renewals take place on all existing policies.
- Ensuring data formatting and post-sale docket completion and reporting - Supporting and supervising the preparation of Cross-Sale presentations, Client-Servicing presentations and reports.
- Ensuring updation and maintenance WRT Filing and Documentation of client files.
- Responsible for client Query Resolution as per established turnaround times (TATs).
