Role & responsibilities
Application Support Engineer/Service Desk.
* Observe and monitor the health of the applications.
* Event / Alert Management (Proactive operations) for all in-scope applications.
* Perform ready-for-business checks and post-release checks.
* Availability Management includes participating in regular DR and BCP activities and maintain documentation.
* Performing or coordinating application maintenance activities such as housekeeping, services restart and server restart.
* Triage the ticket (first level analysis).
* Resolve Known issues with documented solutions i.e. based on standard operating procedures.
* Consists of support activities which include incident/problem identification, classification, prioritization, assignment, follow-up, and closure in coordination with other resolver groups (E.X: Infrastructure, Network.,).

Preferred candidate profile:
Service Desk or Application support or Server monitoring
Experience: 0.6 to 2 years
Qualification: Any Graduates
Notice Period: Immediate
