Job Description
Designation : Assistant Manager- HR Operations
Shift Timings : 3pm - 12am/ 4pm - 1am
Week Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Implementing & driving various HR initiatives, driving culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Grievances handling and disposal of the same with appropriate action
- Liaising with statutory bodies etc., policy mapping as per labor laws and Acts
- Drafting new Policies from time to time and other legal documents used for various purposes like Banks, Govt. offices etc. For example - Board Resolutions, RTIs, letters to Govt. offices etc. Making amendments in existing policies and getting them incorporated in the manuals as required.
- Maintaining employee records on HRMS and keeping it up to date in totality (creating new joiners processing exits, transfers)
- Managing leave & attendance records on system
- Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis
- Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate
- Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
- Providing accurate payroll inputs to the Finance team on monthly basis
- Handling payroll, HR, statutory audits / PF, ESI, LWF and Gratuity
- Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.)
- Managing statutory compliance for Noida location as per labor laws
- Managing the entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters
- Managing background verification checks by following set processes.
Requirement
- Candidates with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and good academic ,fbackground.
- Proven work experience of handling HR functions as an Lead/ AM in a mid size organization
- (Preferably from BPO/KPO industry) or any industry would work
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy, (Good at Google Sheet)
- Bcom/BBA/MBA or related field, holding any specialization
- Meticulous, must be able to work on tight timelines under pressure, multi-tasker
