Job Title: Registered Nurse (Non-Clinical Role -US Healthcare Process)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per month
Shift Timings: 3 PM - Midnight
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Cab Facility: Two-way transportation provided
Insurance: Available
Additional Benefits: Over-duty compensation, Free tea/coffee

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a non-clinical role in the healthcare process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in ward, ICU, emergency, or operation theatre settings and possess a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, surgical procedures, and diagnostic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical reports and process claims.
Verify X-rays, prescriptions, and maintain documentation.
Perform non-clinical healthcare-related tasks within the process framework.
Conduct thorough assessments of medical records and ensure compliance.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams for report verification and processing.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have a valid State or Indian Nursing Registration.
Strong communication skills ( written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong clinical knowledge.
Must possess all necessary documents, including:
Educational certificates
Experience letters
Salary slips/offer letter/ bank statements (last 3 months)
Aadhar & PAN card
Relieving letter from the previous employer
PF account is mandatory.
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts.
Selection Process:
1 Initial Screening: Focus on stability check (reason for transitioning to non-clinical roles, future education plans, and intent to relocate abroad in the next 2-3 years).
2 Assessment Tests: Clinical knowledge evaluation and typing test.
3 Operations Round: Conducted via video interview.
Additional Information:
Training Duration: 8 months (Maximum of 1-2 leaves per month allowed).
Candidates must be well-versed in medical abbreviations, surgical procedures, and diagnostic practices.
