    Job Description: Sales Manager - Real Estate

     

    Position Overview: The Sales Manager for our Real Estate division will oversee the sales operations, lead a team of sales agents, and be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1.      Sales Leadership and Team Management:

    1. :
      • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales
      • Set sales goals, track progress, and ensure team members are achieving
      • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and
      • Foster a collaborative and productive team

    2.      Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business
    • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive sales
    • Establish and manage sales forecasts and

    3.      Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer
    • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate property
    • Negotiate contracts and close

    4.      Market Research & Analysis:

    • Monitor local market conditions and competitor
    • Provide market insights and suggestions for adjusting sales tactics

    5.      Sales Reporting & Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions for senior management.
    • Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring compliance with company

    6.      Training & Development:

    • Provide training and support to new and existing sales
    • Conduct regular workshops and meetings to improve sales techniques and product

     

    Key Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or a related
    • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and
    • Strong leadership and team-building
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
    • Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet
    • Valid real estate license (where applicable).
