Job Description

*Were Hiring: Telesales Executive Real Estate Sector*
*Interview Location:* Dwarka Sec-5 (Head Office)
*Work Location:* Sector 106, Gurgaon (Branch Office)
*Job Type:* Full-time
*Salary:* 18,000- 45,000 + Incentives (Based on Interview & Experience)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Make daily outbound calls to leads from the given database
* Pitch residential and commercial properties to potential clients
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
* Schedule and coordinate site visits
* Regularly follow up to convert leads into closures
* Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
* Achieve assigned sales targets

*Requirements:*

* 13 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
* Knowledge of Gurgaon property locations is a plus
* Good command of Hindi and basic English
