Key Responsibilities :
- You have to recruit agents/advisors.
- You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.
- Your Team of agents/advisors will on commission basis while you will be direct pay roll of company.
Desired profile :
- He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 1 to 15 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing and business development.
- The person must be in Current Locality for a minimum period of 4 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts in the Locality.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must not be a job hopper Candidates from retail sector,pharmaindustry,banking(dsa/dst),telecom,office automation industryw`ll preferred.
- Remuneration is best in the industry.
