Responsibilities

Handling end to end Recruitment from scratch i.e. sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status and maintaining resume database.
Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
Completing the joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.

Desired profile

0.6 years into recruitment or Fresher
Motivated and ready to work hands on.
Flexible in work timings with go getter approach.
Works comfortably under work pressure and can meet work deadlines.
Good communication skills
