WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE
Managing Recruitment / Speaking to clients
Understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities.
Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources. Screening the profiles, Conducting a telephonic interview.
Evaluating candidates based on their communication, experience, technical skills, attitude, etc.
Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.
Generating and maintaining the database for future requirements.
Lining up the candidates.
Keeping a track of the candidates selected, Developing a rapport with the candidates & clients.
Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions Taking references from the candidates.
