Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the educational institution's goals and target audiences, such as students, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community.
Identify key messages and create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all platforms.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the institution's brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and visual elements.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all external and internal communications reflect the institution's values and mission.
Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the institution's brand positioning and differentiation.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and informative content for various channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, and reports.
Conduct research, interviews, and gather data to create compelling stories, articles, and case studies that showcase the institution's achievements, impact, and educational initiatives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create multimedia content that supports communication goals and highlights the institution's educational programs.
Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to inform, engage, and align employees, teachers, and staff members with the institution's goals and initiatives.
Coordinate employee events or professional development programs that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
Team Management:
Managing team of 10 members which includes Graphics designer, web developer, chat process, LMS, lead allocation etc. Monitor their activities on day to day basis. Preparing strategic report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
