Job Description

We are hiring for AREA MANAGER /DEPUTY AREA MANAGER FOR INSURANCE

• Education should be Graduate
• Should not be in a team handling role since this is an individual role wherein employee is expected to recruit the Part Time Agents called IM
• Must know the basics of recruitment and should understand the local market atleast.
• Local candidate would only be preferred
• Min experience of 5 yrs (AM)/3 yrs (DAM) in channel like Agency, CAT, CABC, APC, IMF.
• No other industry preferred as our channel requires lot of knowledge
• Age- Max 35 yrs for DAM & 40 yrs for AM
