- Job Title: IoT Solution Architect with AWS Expertise Location: Pune, Hybrid Experience Required: 12+ Years Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IoT Solution Architect with strong AWS cloud expertise to design and implement scalable and secure IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading IoT architecture and integrating it with AWS services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain IoT architecture frameworks and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Design end-to-end IoT solutions, including device connectivity, data ingestion, processing, and analytics from a software perspective (not hardware/PCB architecture). Implement IoT security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and data privacy measures. Define and enforce IoT standards, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless IoT solution integration. Optimize cloud and edge computing strategies for efficient data processing and cost-effectiveness. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on IoT platforms, including AWS IoT. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep IoT solutions competitive. Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate new IoT technologies and frameworks. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven experience as an IoT Cloud Architect or similar role in designing, deploying IoT solutions and implementing scalable IoT solutions with AWS Cloud. Strong experience in AWS IoT services, including IoT Core, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, AWS Green Grass, AWS CDK, Serverless Strong knowledge of IoT protocols such as MQTT, HTTPS, Matter. Expertise in AWS cloud platforms and their IoT services. Hands-on experience with large scale OTA deployments. Experience with edge computing, real-time analytics, and AI/ML integration in IoT solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IPv6, LPWAN, and 5G technologies. Hands-on experience with IoT security frameworks and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues related to IoT systems and AWS cloud integration. Cloud Integration: Implement and integrate IoT systems with AWS cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and performance with Mobile & Web Application Innovation: Stay updated on the latest IoT and AWS technologies and apply them to enhance solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, IoT Specialty). Hand On Experience with AWS cloud platforms a plus along with Solution architecting Experience. Familiarity with Serverless Architecture, System Design, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Experience: At least 12 years of experience in IoT solution design, with a focus on AWS cloud. Proven track record in deploying large-scale IoT systems. Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, guiding them through technical challenges.
