Job Summary Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Apache Solr. Oversee the design coding testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity. Implement best practices for software development including code reviews testing and continuous integration. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability and reliability of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and user satisfaction. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of project plans timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
