Job Description

Strong knowledge of HPDC processes, aluminum/magnesium die casting, and related machinery. Familiarity with die casting defects, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Experience with automation, robotic handling, and CNC machining (preferred). Supervise and coordinate daily HPDC production activities to meet production targets. Monitor and control machine parameters, cycle times, and production schedules. Ensure proper machine setup, tooling changes, and mold maintenance.
