Job Description

As a global provider of high-quality shelf life extension solutions, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and business development for Xtendra Clear/FS, seasonings, and flavors. Your key responsibilities will include managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth and profitability for the assigned region, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives. You will also oversee P&L, pricing strategy, and market penetration plans, monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams on product applications. Collaboration with R&D and marketing for product development and positioning will be essential for success in this role. Qualifications: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology Experience: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in technical sales and business leadership within the food ingredients industry - Strong exposure to frying applications and product development for QSRs - Proven track record in managing large regional B2B clients - Experience in leading teams and handling P&L responsibilities Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in antioxidants or related product lines will be given preference.,
