ISMS Support L2 ISMS and Incident Management Location: Delhi Required Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification relevant similar working experience in administering information security systems and managing cyber security incidents Education Qualification: B. Tech/B. E./ M.Tech/ M.E. in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics/ MCA/ MSc (Computer Science) Major Deliverables: Incident response and Root Cause Analysis [RCA] reporting i.e. Implementing a well-defined incident response strategy - including steps like preparation, detection and analysis, containment, mitigation, investigation and forensics, communication and reporting, recovery, lessons learned, and future protection. Preparation of ATR (Action taken Report) and documentation with respect to cybersecurity incidents in co-ordination with various teams in AAI and provide assistance across incident management lifecycle. Conducting Application Security Assessment (including but not limited to VAPT) and Source Code Review of newly installed servers/ web applications/ network devices in DC/ DR, AAI as and when required. Operation and Maintenance of Audit management tool, Ensuring the records are up to date with closure status and coordinating with respective teams in AAI for timely resolution of reported vulnerabilities. Carry out digital forensic, analyze and validate if there was any cyber breach. Provide Root Cause Analysis and Recommendations to avoid reoccurrence. Essential Attributes: Professional Cyber security certification required such as CISM/ CISSP/ CISA/ OSCP/ CEH or similar as per industry standards. Knowledge of various compliance frameworks and experience in supporting compliance audits. Familiarity with internal audits and supporting preparation for external audits. Ability to ensure the organization meets its legal and regulatory requirements related to information security Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices. Ability to document incidents, resolutions, and activities accurately and in a structured manner for reporting and compliance purposes. Hands-on experience with incident response processes and workflows, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. Experience in providing level 2 support for security incidents, conducting investigations, and working with stakeholders for root cause analysis. Understanding of business continuity management (BCM) and disaster recovery (DR) procedures.
