Experience: 3rd party collections experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage collections with a customer-centric approach.
Handle third-party collections with external agencies.
Provide high-quality customer service and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and report on collections status.
