Job description

Required experience:

  • Mail Configuration.
  • Thin Client.
  • MAC Operation System.
  • MPLS connectivity & troubleshooting.
  • VC Connect (Cloud & In-house)
  • OS installation
  • Application Awareness (MS Office, Adobe, WinZip, etc.)
  • Antivirus configuration
  • PST, OST Backup
  • Windows Health Management
  • Basic knowledge of Network
  • Comfortable in 24x7 shifts.

Job profile:

  • Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Operating systems Win 10.
  • Should have hands-on experience on the OS installation.
  • Should have experience in domain joining and configuration
  • should have good knowledge of Computer & Hardware networking Hands-on experience on the Operating System.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of the MAC Operating system.
  • Having exposure to MS Outlook, IT Asset, Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience on Network protocols LAN, WAN protocols
  • Knowledge about MPLS
  • Hands-on experience on Routing, Switching, Firewall devices
  • Should have Basic knowledge of O365 ID Management
  • Should have a fair knowledge of computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting Should have a fair knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management, etc.
  • Ensure desktop support internal processes and procedure adhere
  • Manage incidents/ service requests assigned to them till resolution/ execution.
  • Handle end-user escalation effectively, knowledge of ticketing tools
  • Identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues.
  • Updating pending tickets with timely, precise and accurate updates
  • Following up with end-users, if necessary, for the closure of pending tickets
  • Following up with support groups, if necessary, for the closure of pending tickets
