KEY RESULT AREAS

Identify and expand the business in existing geographies and channels for all categories / distributors / Parlour franchisees.

1. Extend the retailer network and work on micro-distribution.
2. Drive consumer centric activities with the help of PSM team.
3. Training and development of the PSM team.
4. Explore and expand the business in new geographies and new channels.
5. Competition tracking
6. Co-ordination with the Branch teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduation / MBA - Marketing

5 - 8 years of experience in Dairy / FMCG Industry

Note: Male candidates shall be preferred.
