Job Description
As a Practice Head Application Integration , you will be part of agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Y our key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts,developers, and system architects, to understand integration requirements anddesign efficient solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions usingMulesoft or Dell Boomi, ensuring high performance, scalability, andreliability.
- Practice development growth
- Open to learn and scale up on other API platforms andprovide solutions
- Innovation and thought leadership; buildaccelerators/assets, etc
- Develop integration patterns and best practices tostreamline data flow and ensure seamless communication between applications.
- Configure and customize Mulesoft or Dell Boomi middlewareplatforms to meet integration requirements, including building connectors,APIs, and data mappings.
- Implement error handling and exception management strategiesto ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate diverseapplications and systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, using standardprotocols and APIs.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, andoptimize performance to deliver high-quality and efficient integrationsolutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements inintegration technologies and tools, specifically in Mulesoft or Dell Boomi, andrecommend innovative solutions to improve integration capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developmentteams, guiding them on integration best practices and design principles.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise(write articles, blogs, webinars etc)
- Provide support to pre-sales activities like RFP responses,client workshops etc
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensuresuccessful delivery of integration projects within scope, budget, and timelineconstraints
Education
- Engineering Degree - BE / B.Tech/ M.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS)
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience working in application integration, with astrong focus on Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MulesoftAnypoint Platform or Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform, including API development,data mapping, and integration workflow design.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols(REST, SOAP, etc.), and message formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ERPsystems, CRM systems, databases, and cloud-based applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyzecomplex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical andnon-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programminglanguage.
- Experience with middleware technologies, message queues, andenterprise service buses (ESB).
- Healthcare domain experience is desired
- Relevant certifications in Mulesoft (e.g., MuleSoftCertified Developer - Integration Professional) or Dell Boomi (e.g., Dell BoomiIntegration Developer) are highly desirable
