Job Description

Role: Solution Architect- ITOM

Experience Required: 7 to 12 years

Location: Pune/Bangalore(WFO)

Job Description:

• Good experience in demoing ServiceNow ITOM features and functionality to clients.
• Experience in providing mentorship, leadership, and project oversight in regard to ServiceNow technology workflows.
• Experience in working directly with the clients product owners, scrum masters/project leaders, and solution architects, which includes presenting the design and development work to the broader project team.
• Should have the ability to work closely with the development teams, participate and lead design and architecture reviews.
• Experience in building integrations utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs.
• Should have experience in participating in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITx), including project sizing and scoping.
• Experience in Implementing ServiceNow discovery solution.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow Event Management Solution.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow CMDB with different discovery tools.
• Experience in implementing Service Mapping solution.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript
• Good exposure to Configuration Management Lifecycle
• Experience in Integrating ServiceNow Event Management with different third-party monitoring tools.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow discovery with third party credential stores (i.e. CyberArk etc)
• Exposure on Linux/Windows server admin, Cloud and Cloud Native Infrastructure is plus.
• Strong experience in implementing cloud discovery.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript

Certifications

• Must have: CIS Discovery, CSA, CIS Event Management.
• Nice to have: CIS Service Mapping/CIS Event Management/CAD- Certified Application Developer.
