We're Hiring: Real Time Analyst!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analysis and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal performance in our operations.

What You'll Do:
Monitor real-time data and analyze trends for operational efficiency
Provide actionable insights based on data analytics and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
Identify opportunities for improvement 

Assist in forecasting demand and capacity planning
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Proficient in dialer such as Aspect 
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
