Job Description
- Own automation project workstreams end-to-end, from requirements through delivery, UAT, and handover without escalation.
- Lead client-facing sessions: discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, demo presentations, and technical reviews
- Work alongside business analysts and project managers to translate business process requirements into clean, maintainable automation solutions.
- Manage client expectations on scope, timeline, and technical constraints, directly and confidently
- Design and build robust Power Automate flows: cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and complex multi-stage business process automation.
- Develop Power Apps solutions that integrate seamlessly with automation workflows and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Apply UiPath where appropriate particularly for attended and unattended desktop automation, and legacy system integration.
- Build and configure Copilot Studio agents conversational workflows, trigger-based automation, and integration with backend data sources.
- Work with Azure AI Foundry for AI-enhanced automation scenarios with prompt orchestration, document intelligence, and LLM-integrated workflows.
- Ensure all solutions are architected for maintainability, scalability, and handover not just built to work today.
- Take project-based lead role.
- Mentor junior team members in both RPA fundamentals and the evolving AI automation stack.
- Define and uphold engineering standards, code review practices, and solution documentation across the team.
- Contribute to team capacity planning and workstream allocation alongside delivery management.
- Help define Panamoure's automation methodology from RPA-first to AI-agent-first as the market transitions.
- Stay actively current with Microsoft's automation roadmap: Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry evolve fast and your clients will ask about it.
- Contribute technical input to pre-sales and scoping conversations on automation work streams.
- Build reusable assets, templates, and accelerators that reduce delivery time across projects.
- Experience: 6+ years of deep, hand-on Power Automate expertise including cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA and complex multisystem integration built and delivered in production.
- Power Apps Development with canvas and model driven apps that integrate with automation workflows and Dataverse.
- Microsoft ecosystem fluency: you understand how Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, teams, and Dynamics fit together, and you design with whole picture in mind.
- Strong process analysis instinct: you can sit with a client, understand a business process quickly, and identify what should and shouldnt be automated.
- Client-facing today: you are already owning client conversations, leading workshops, and presenting solutions independently in a comparable environment. You will do same here shortly.
- Proven track record in leading multiple projects simultaneously in a service-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Copilot Studio: you have built and deployed actual production agents, not just exploring the product.
- Azure AI Foundry exposure: prompt flow, document intelligence, or LLM-integrated automation scenarios, RAG Pipelines.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment with multiple concurrent clients
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API-level integrations
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or similar) : a signal of structured knowledge, not a substitute for delivery experience
