Job Description

• An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management
• Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development
• A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target
• Manage Multiple locations - And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business
• Manage channel relationships Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration meet allocated sales targets Manage the sales process Ensure process rigor and controllership Ensure smooth service delivery to channels
• Manage the FOS productivity

• Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA - Finance/ Mktg With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally high motivatio
