Resource should have knowledge of recruitment with minimum 6 months up to 2 years experience.
Should be flexible with working hours and open to work in different processes.
Should be available at the base location (Bangalore) and open to work from office anytime when it is required.
Role Campus Operations, Manage different backend activities like event management, event creation, candidate management, reporting, document collection/ verification, vendor interaction and offer making
Responsibilities The resource will be responsible to manage various backend activities like Creation of Event before the Recruitment activity, Managing the event, Creating and publishing the reports, Interact with vendors for document closure, Make offers etc.,
