A Team Leader is a professional in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group. They are responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.

Operational Excellence:

• Day to Day management of overall Team Performance
• Manage team attendance and schedule adherence
• Ensure continuous improvement in driving sales.
• Monitor Calls and provide regular feedback to the team members
• Adherence to process norms like ISO certifications as defined by the process
• Ensure Team awareness and adherence to TP policies and procedures including Code of Conduct and Governing Principles
• Provide regular performance updates to Team Manager
• Should have knowledge about Outbound.

Education and Work Experience

• Should be graduate
• Must have experience of insurance domain
• On paper team leader experience is mandatory
• Outbound Team leader Experience
• Knowledge of performance metrics.
• Proven experience of team leader.
• MS excel knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Decision making skills
• Foster team work environment
• Actively engage team members in team building activities
• Maintain team engagement and improve employee retention
• Being proactive in identifying learning and development needs of the team members
• Career progression planning for the team members
