Job Description

Job Description: DigiLantern is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting and converting leads into satisfied clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.
  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our digital marketing services and their benefits.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of sales activities.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.
  8. CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, track sales activities, and generate reports for management

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience. Experience or at least the knowledge of Digital Marketing Services must.
  2. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  4. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.
  5. Result-Driven: Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales goals, with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  7. Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, working effectively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Other Details

  • Work from office. Office location is Noida Sector 3. 7 mins walk from Noida Sector 16 metro station.
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday off. Work timing is from 10am to 6:30pm.
